In the last week or so, there have been a few tuna showing up offshore. One or two bigeyes to the fleet, a handful of 50-60 pounders, and a limit or two of pups have been caught by the fleet over the last few days. August was an incredible month for dolphin fishing, and, so far, September has followed suit. I know my fishing reports have been few and far between, but her are a few pics from the last month.
Its been a long month. We started out by running aground, but with all of the hard work by The crew at Bayliss yachts, Jeff Hathaway, and the Welding Shop, we got patched up and back fishing in a week’s time! Only in Wanchese can you get those kind of results! Our first day back, we caught 1 out of 2 blue marlin, a 500 pounder on a TLD 20!
